Our particular expertise relates to mixed use developments on brownfield sites or the refurbishment of dilapidated or vacant buildings. Wherever possible completed projects are let and retained within our investment portfolio.

Bracken has a serviced office operation which currently operates Calls Wharf and The Tannery in Leeds and a residential development division, Chartford Homes, which operates throughout Yorkshire.
