Bracken Limited is a privately owned property development and investment company founded in 1995.  Its board constitutes Chariman Norman Stubbs, joint Managing Directors Matthew Fuller MRICS and Neil Clark MRICS, Finance Director Steve Evans BSc ACA and Director John Clark MRICS.

Under this directorship, Bracken has extensive knowledge and experience in the commercial property markets of Yorkshire and the North West of England.  It is within these areas that Bracken concentrates its activities combining its local knowledge with a highly motivated and proactive approach to the development process.

The company has operated in all sectors of commercial development, examples of which are provided throughout this website.  Bracken is commited to remaining active in all these sectors with a view to providing the highest quality product by way of new build, or the refurbishment of existing properties.
