John graduated from Liverpool Polytechnic in 1990 with a degree in commercial estate management and began his career in private surveying practice with Lambert Smith Hampton in Manchester where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. He crossed the Pennines to work for AWS and Grenville Smith and Duncan in Leeds for 7 years before joining Bracken in 2001. He is responsible for all aspects of property management and portfolio performance.
