Matthew is a founding director of Bracken and has worked tirelessly for the company since inception. His knowledge of the development and investment market means that he pursues acquisitions and new opportunities for the company. Matthew graduated from Newcastle Polytechnic in 1990 with a degree in estate management and qualified professionally in 1992. He worked in private practice for Eddisons, Elliot Son and Boyton and Grenville Smith and Duncan in Leeds before setting up Bracken.
