Neil graduated from Newcastle Polytechnic in 1990 with a degree in estate management and began work in private surveying practice in Manchester. He qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1993 and became a key member of the Manchester surveying fraternity before moving from De Havillands to join Bracken in 1997. Neil’s expertise in acquisitions sees him concentrating on sourcing both investment and development opportunities for the company.
