Norman is a founding shareholder/director of Bracken and has been the full time chairman for the past 7 years since retiring as chairman of Tay Homes plc. Norman was the co-founder of Tay Homes in 1972 and remained with the company up until 1999. Tay Homes was purchased by Redrow plc in 2002 in a significant construction industry company consolidation. He has over 30 years experience of developing and investing in property and in running significant business organisations.
