Expand

At Bracken we aim to continue to expand and improve the performance of our commercial property portfolio through strategic acquisitions, disposals and pro active asset management. We therfore seek to identify opportunities and locations where we believe our expertise in refurbishing, letting and improving a property's investment profile can add value. Once optimum performance is achieved then the asset is usually retained within the portfolio or realised at the appropriate time to maximise returns.

Create

We intend to continue to create new development schemes through acquisitions, joint ventures or other project based opportunities. With our in depth knowledge of the markets within which we operate we seek to carry out developmet of new, or refurbishment of existing properties. Our skills in site assembly, negotiating the planning system, managing the construction process and marketing a completed product means that we can maximise returns and minimise risk.

Develop

We are actively seeking brownfield sites for speculative commercial developments across all sectors, or dilapidated property in need of comprehensive refurbishment. We have particular expertise in dealing with mixed use development schemes and it is within this area which we hope to see significant activity in the coming years.
