Chint expands in Bury

Bracken have been pleased to aid one of their occupiers at Bracken Trade Park in Bury expand their business.

Chint have occupied a unit at Bracken Trade Park since it was first constructed and have built a successful business importing products for sale in the UK from their Chinese manufacturing base.

Chint are taking a further 4,000 sq ft in addition to their existing 5,250 sq ft in an adjoining unit. Neil Clark of Bracken said "We are delighted to see a company that we have dealt with since inception trading so well and expanding at a time when economic conditions have been testing to say the least. We are very happy to do our bit and be able to offer expansion space."
