Bracken purchased the ex Bibby and Baron site at Dumers Lane in Bury that extended to approximately 5.2 acres. The vacant industrial building was demolished and developed to provide 72 residential units. The remainder of the site was developed as an estate of 6 high quality trade counter/light industrial units totalling 28,300 sq ft. that was completed in the summer of 2004.
