Bracken purchased the ex Eddie Stobart distribution unit on the Tomlinson Road Industrial Estate in Leyland in mid 2004. The vacant 75,000 sq ft property was refurbished and divided into 3 modern and functional industrial/warehouse units.

The units now provide warehouse space with 21'6" eaves, electronically operated roller shutter access, fully refurbished office accomodation, and 3 phase electric supply.

Units 1 and 2 have subsequently been let to Roadferry, and Unit 3, which extends to 14,000 sq ft and has a large self contained yard, has been sold to Flexcrete Limited.
