Paddock Road, Skelmersdale

Bracken purchased a 28,500 sq ft industrial property on Paddock Road in Skelmersdale in 2005. The property is located on the established and successful estate of West Pimbo.

Following a substaintial refurbishment, Bracken completed a letting of the whole of the property to Jackson Lloyd in early 2006.

A 1.6 acre development site that was surplus to the main holding has been sold to Salads to Go who plan to develop a food preparation and distribution complex on the site.
