Five units totalling 25,636 sq ft have already been sold to Prestige Plumbing, Transman, Intronsic Technology and H2O Ltd.

A further four units totalling 19,756 sq ft have been let to Smiths News and AWP Limited.

The remaining units are available either on a virtual freehold or leasehold basis.
