Warehouse Hill, 2-28 The Calls, Leeds

Bracken purchased the four buildings that make up 2-28 The Calls in Leeds city centre In August 2007. The properties had previously formed the headquarters of Mount Charlotte Hotels and then Thistle Hotels and had been owned for some years by Taylor Woodrow.

Following completion of Calls Wharf, the refurbishment of a 30,000 sq ft former grain warehouse into a state of the art serviced office building, Bracken have entered a joint venture with Marshall CDP in relation to the redevelopment of the remainder of the site.

The balance of the land, which covers approximately 0.75 acres of prime Leeds waterfront, is without doubt the "missing link" in the Leeds Waterfornt Strategy for this part of the city.

A detailed planning application has been submitted for a 40,000 sq ft new build office building, 10,000 sq ft of A3 bar/restaurant space and a further 8,000 sq ft of refurbished office space to compliment the existing Calls Wharf building.
