Bremner House is a 7,055 sq ft detached B1 office building with car parking that was built by Bracken as part of the Gelderd Business Park office development in 2001.

The building was retained by Bracken and held within the investment portfolio. It was originally let to the West Leeds NHS Trust who vacated after an NHS re-organisation. The building was subsequently re-let to Jordan Pritchard Gordon, a well respected local structural engineers practise , in 2007.
