Oak House, 87-91 Kirkstall Road, Leeds
Bracken's latest joint venture with Marshall CDP comprises a 7 acre riverside regeneration scheme fronting the A65 Kirkstall Road, on the western fringe of Leeds city centre.
Although a masterplan for the regeneration of a significant area of the city fringe centred around the site are still being formulated, the first phase of the scheme comprises the refurbishment of the former Oak Tannery building to provide top quality, modern offices with the character features provided by an old mill.
Oak House comprises some 27,000 sq ft approx. of good quality office space, available in a variety of suite sizes with ample car parking provision.
Later phases of the scheme propose the refurbishment of Craven House, an adjacent office building that was formerly the head office of the previous owners.
The remianing land , with frontage to the River Aire, will eventually comprise a number of new buildings with riverside walkway, etc with potential uses including residential, hotel, home offices, etc.
