Hattersley House, Burscough Road, Ormskirk

Pendle Bracken have constructed Hattersley House which fronts Burscough Road in Ormskirk and forms part of its redevelopment of the 10 acre former foundry site.

The building has been divided into twenty suites ranging in size from 345 sq ft to 550 sq ft, although there is the ability to combine suites if required.

To date seven suites have been taken on a leasehold basis to New Image TV, E-Tel Communications and Design Software Group.
