County Business Park, Northallerton

Pendle Bracken, the joint venture company between Bracken and Barnfield Construction, has aquired and refurbished the former Clariant factory on Darlington Road in Northallerton.

The property, which comprises 76,200 sq ft, has been split up into eleven industrial units and renamed County Business Park.

Five of the units, along with one acre of surplus land, have already been sold to Simon Bailes Ltd for a Peugeuot dealership, Skipton Hire Centres, Renotech, Hambleton District Council and GRP Ltd.
