Pendle Bracken, the joint venture between Bracken and Barnfield Construction, has developed and subsequently sold a Driving Test Centre with motorcycle maneouvering facility for the Driving Standards Agency on a site of 2.3 acres just off the M65 near Blackburn.

The DSA (Secretary of State for Communities) comitted to a 40 year lease with a break clause at year 25 and the investment has subsequently been sold to Royal Bank of Canada Trust Corporation.
